Teshikaga Sohonten

I am not a ramen fan because I find it really salty and oily. However, the ramen here is amazing. I didn't feel heavy or weighed down after eating it and the broth was flavourful while sill being light. I also got the vegetable gyozas which were perfectly crisp on the outside. The man who served us was extremely kind and brought us English menus right away as well as showing us the most popular and most recommended dishes. This was the best ramen I have ever had.

Limited menu choices but we have had a wonderful dinner.Their speciality is Gyokaishinbori Shoyu Ramen (Soup is simmered with several marine products from Sea of Okhotsk) but the Char Siu Miso Ramen is great too.We slurped up the Pork Bowl and ordered 30 pcs of Gyoza. Oiishi!

There aren’t many options to eat in Teshikaga and we are so glad to have entered this place. Everything was excellent and I particularly loved the shio ramen with salmon (something unusual). The spicy miso & minced pork ramen with chashu was also well balanced. The broth isn’t too greasy or overpowering which makes it easy to finish the entire bowl for most. The gyoza use garlic stems in the filling which was also unique. Menu is three languages & very friendly staff.
